Unable to Update Payment Info

Hello,

 

     I recently had to order a new credit and my Spotify bill tried to charge 2x on the credit card on file that has been deactivated. I have tried to login to my Spotify account to update my account with many different methods and I am continue to get an error that tells me "down for matienance, try again later". I need to update my account with my new credit card and would like to not lose all of music before it is too late.

Hey David,

 

Just to put your mind at ease, you will never lose your music no matter the status of your account, unless you mean downloaded for offline usage?

 

have you tried using icognito and using an alternative device/browser?
