Unable to change from Duo to Family

My Question or Issue

I have a Premium Duo account which I want to change to Premium Family, I'm the manager of the account. I'm following the steps to do the change, but everytime I select the Premium Family, it redirects me to an error page. The error page doesn't say anything useful. Attaching the error here just in case.

Hey @guptalatika31, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

I'd recommend changing your plan here using a different browser or private window. If that doesn't work, can you try upgrading using a different network connection as well (if possible)? 

If you're still having trouble, then I'd recommend you cancel your plan and wait for the plan to revert to free, and then resubscribe on the new plan
