My Question or Issue

I was informed that I have to change my payment details. I forgot to do so, and my student subcription was cancelled. Now I tried to change payment details and I can't do that. Everytime I try, I get the same message "Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method". I don't understand why, because I was charged on 7th of January (have it in my bank payment history) and my card is not expired.

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.

I tried everything and it’s still not working! I lost my premium and now I can’t listen to music properly 😞 

I tried adding another credit card, but appareantly my country somehow doesn’t match that card. 

Please someone help meeee, I need music 😞

  • Please tell me the name of the country that's currently set in your account.  You can check this here.
  • In which country has your payment method been issued?
  • In which country are you currently?
