My Question or Issue

I have a subscription with Spotify that is under another account and am being charged for Premium service. Since the time of the subscription, I have lost all access to the previous email account. I no longer can log into that account, nor can retrieve a password from Spotify by logging into that account. I honestly am not sure what the previous email is to verify. Any accounts that I could check are not the ones that have the premium subscription associated with it. Every answer I could find on the community is to log into that other account to cancel the subscription, but upfront I cannot do that. How do I go about canceling the subscription that I no longer want to be charged for?
