My Question or Issue

Hello, i m from Tunisia, i've done a premium subscription and paid with ooredoo for a personal offer.

Then I wanted to change my subscription to the duo offer, so I canceled to personal offer after one day of use, but when I wanted to subscribe for the duo offer, the paiement method ooredoo is not available anymore.

i created another account with another email address, there ooredoo paiement method is available but it's impossible to use my ooreddo number to pay (a message say that I already used this number)

so now, I have used my simple offer only one day after paiement, this offer is now canceled and I'm unable to activate any premium offer with my ooredoo number, please tell what I should do ?

Thanks for posting in the Community!

Not every payment method can be applied to every subscription type. 
Unfortunately, in the case you've used your ooredoo number for a Premium offer, you will not be able to use it again, even if you've cancelled your previous subscription already.

thank you for the replay.

it's weird because I paid the subscription, I used it only for one day, then now I can not subscribe for any premium offer, even return to the first subscription that I already paid is impossible.

it's not fare.. are you sure there is nothing i can do?

If you've already paid for Premium but your account is on free, we'd suggest checking out this FAQ page. If you still don't see your Premium features, it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.

For the subscription, i didn't even find the option to pay by mobile, only by card.

When i open to the application and click on

the spotify premium widget, they direct me to the spotify website and then i only find the bank pay method.

How did you find it ?

Thank you for keeping in contact and for the clarification.

 

On the subscription page, you'll find the regular types of subscription that are available in your country.

 

If you're not seeing the correct type of subscription, we'd recommend checking the steps mentioned on this page or trying directly on the link mentioned on the button "Upgrade now!" Of that same page.

If the issue persists, is worth to try it on an incognito/private window or a different browser.
