Unable to re-subscribe to Family after payment failure

Hi,

 

I'm a Spotify customer in the UK.  Payment method on my account failed and I was dropped back from a Family account to a free one.  I've just logged on to the Spotify website to re-add my Family account and get a message that "It looks like you’re not eligible for that offer, but we found more for you", and a link directing me to sign up a regular Premium account.

I've got my wife and two teenage daughters who are all about to start asking me why their Spotify accounts aren't working - any thoughts on why I'm being blocked from signing back up?

I'm sorry to hear this!
Could you try upgrading to Premium Family by going here and selecting your plan? If that doesn't work, could you try the same thing using a different browser or private window?
