Unable to set up Duo account as my address is not identified

The Duo set up will not accept that there are various residential properties using the same postcode. I do not know the folk living at the address that pops up and there is a risk that they (or others in post code area) already have Spotify accounts. I haven't accepted the address that keeps being offered. What do I do?

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you please try entering a simplified address without postal code, street number, etc.? As long as the site doesn't auto complete it or when the members try to join, it should be fine.

If you still can’t find it, enter a close public space or building. Just don't use someone else's address. 🙂
