I have just noticed I have been charged multiple times by Spotify however I am not on a premium account my account is free. Please could you advise how I can get these payments refunded?

please be aware that a refund is never guaranteed and all requests will get evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the support.With that in mind, please fill out the contact form to create a ticket with support.
The support will do their best to get in touch with you as fast as possible, but please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets they are currently handling.
