***Unauthorized Transaction on my PayPal***

Hi,

I just recently got an unauthorized transaction on my PayPal account to Spotify. On that transaction it says that it is a "PRE APPROVED PAYMENT" What does that mean and how can I get my money back? I need my money back as soon as possible because my Spotify subscription is almost reaching its deadline and I gotta pay soon. Why are you taking my money all the sudden. I've contacted both Spotify and PayPal and awaiting for a reply.

Welcome to the Spotify Community.
 
In this case, it's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email. There's more info about this here.
