Unexpected charge.

Hello, I'm Andrew . When I sign up for Spotify (for $9.99 for 3 months of premium) then I had a job . Now is don't , and I got charged  $10 to my acc and I never got any email to my Gmail acc about getting charged . I really need my money back for food for my family . I just lost my job and I really can't afford premium rn. Maybe when I het another job in a few weeks I'll re-up. But I really need my money back . Please help me .

Spotify Refunds are given out strictly on a case-by-case basis, and there is never any guarantee of receiving one as set out in the Terms and Conditions here. In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to Spotify which you can do here and they'll be able to work with you there!


Right now, I'd recommend reaching out via Social Media for the fastest response as Spotify currently have a staffing measures undertaken in response to the Coronavirus disease outbreak which means that in some cases their ability to respond to help requests is very limited.
