Unrecognized payment

Unrecognized payment

I have been a premium subscriber for a year or so. This month I received a mail about unsuccessful payment and the cancellation of my subscription. But one day later Spotify succesfully chargedmy account, as I received an e-mail about that (through apple) and a text message from my bank. But i still not have access to the premium. What should I do?
