Unsubcribe Premium that came with Fido account

Unsubcribe Premium that came with Fido account

I have 6-month free trial of Premium Spotify when I opened a new mobile phone account with Fido (Mobile phone company). Now, I don't want to continue and want to unsubscribe it before the end of the free trial period, but I can not unsubscribe it. I did not subscribe to Premium through 3rd party such as iTunes or Facebook. And Fido could not help me neither. Can someone help me out please?

Welcome to the community.

 

When your subscription is set up through your service provider, it can't be cancelled on our end. However, since it was just a trial period, it should go back to Free automatically.

 

If you're charged by Fido for an extra month, we suggest reaching out to them directly for assistance.

 

Once your account is back to Free, you can get Premium again anytime here.
