Premium for family.

I'm trying to manage my family account but every time I try it keeps on saying 'Oops! Something went wrong, please try again.' 

My family subscription only has 4 members, I  included and since the 5th spot wasn't being used by anyone I decided to take a second spot for myself and now it wont let me manage my family accounts anymore. Please help.
