Update to Student Premium

Hello,

I cannot find ANY straight-forward way to email or communicate with Spotify other than these strange "community chat forums" but I want to resolve a subscription issue with my account. I recently discovered Spotify was offering their Premium Subscription for 50% to students. I was already paying $9.99 for the regular Premium Service through my cellphone provider here in Canada, called "Rogers Communications". Therefor I have been unable to change my Premium subscription type to the student rate. According to your website I was directed to cancel this current subscription through my service provider, and then told I need to sign up all over again directly through Spotify in order to get the student rate. I have gone ahead and cancelled my Premium subscription, but so far my account is still showing that I am on Premium and I cannot change it to the student plan. I have logged out of my devices and tried to log back in again, but with no change. Please help me get the Student Plan!
