Updated my phone, now premium doesn't work.

Updated my phone, now premium doesn't work.

My dad has the premium family plan. It was working fine until I updated my phone two days ago. Now it comes up as a free account with ALL of my music and playlists deleted. I went onto his account, and it says my email is one of the "members" but it doesn't work. I thought maybe if I remove my account from his subscription then resend it that would help, but won't let me remove myself to try and resend it.  Can someone just help me get my premium account back?

Hi @lspur80, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

For what you described, it looks like you have more than one Spotify account, and you accessed the wrong one from your new device. In this case, we suggest that you check this article. You might find some useful tips to access the right account.

 

If your account was created with an username, make sure to use that username and not your email address to log in. If you used your Facebook profile to create your account, use the Log in with Facebook option.
