I payed $143.88 for 12 month on premium. I does not work

Spotify won’t work for me. I payed money for premium and I expect it to work, but it says I have not got premium. I says I am on the free trial. I bought it on the 11th of October 2017 this year. Why is it not working

Solved!! Offline for more than a month

I am going to be somewhere for 18 months where I wont have internet connection on my phone. Can I still somehow use Spotify and my offline playlist or is it time to start downloading mp3s again?
