Hi, I am trying to update my bank card so you can take payment. I keep getting this message, can't seem to update the card details.
I have changed browser and tried incognito but I am still getting the same message.

I have the same problem sometimes I come to the page where I have to say that I really want to use the 1 months spotify premium but then it says „oops there was a problem try it again later“

I have the same problem too. I have tried two credit card of mine and two credit card of my wife's. I also tried to pay from different PC/smart phone from my office or home. Unfortunately the problem is still there. Besides I also call the customer service of my credit card for checking. They said there is no problem on my credit cards and they didn't see any payment request been send out to them. Can any one help to sove this problem? I don't understand why the problem happend for a long time and no body try to fix it?

Thanks for promotly reply. It seems lots of people encountered the similar problem. Why not try to fix the payment problem istead slove it one by one? It also take lots of time and resource of service team, isn't it?
thanks for the form.. and yes this did get me somewhere..
they gave me premium for a month while it was sorted.. I was told to wait a few days before retrying the bank cards..
in all the change though, I now cannot seem to log in to my spotify account without being on an incognito browser!!
it seems strange to be so complicated and it's wasting a fair bit of time - interested to hear how anybody else gets on too
