Updating Payment Method Not Working

I've tried just about everything trying to update my payment method because I had to get a new card for payment and Spotify won't let me change my payment method. I get to the subscriptions page and click on the "Update" button and nothing is working. All that does is refresh the page but doesn't let me actually update my payment method. I don't want my account to get cancelled and have to go through the student verification process again.

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so that they can take a closer look at this issue 🙂

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
