Updating Payment

I'm trying to udpate my payment information to a new credit card. Every time I do so, it is taking me to student verification. I am not a student anymore, so it wont let me finish the process. How do I update my payment information without going through the student verification process?

Hey @user-removed,

This can be fixed by following these steps to refresh your account:

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
3. Click cancel your subscription and continue through the steps. 
4. Enter your password and click CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION to complete.

Once that’s complete, simply resubscribe here with your new payment details.

That's it! You should now be able to continue your subscription without a problem 🙂

Hola, tengo un problema, Spotify me dice que no puede hacer el retiro de mi tarjeta, pero el mes anterior si se pudo, bien ahora como no se ha podido, compre una tarjeta y registre el codigo y se me activo la cuenta, pero sigue apareciendome y llegando mensajes que perdere mi cuenta, es posible esto, ya que con la terjeta que registre me dice que ya tengo cuenta hasta para el 23 de Octubre, que va a pasar y que procede, espero me puedan ayudar, muchas gracias
