Upgrade to Dual Premium failed

Solved!

Upgrade to Dual Premium failed

My Question or Issue

I had an active Individual Premium account that would expire on March 2023. I tried to upgrade my account to a Duo Premium plan so I could use it with my wife. I made the payment to change it to a Duo plan but got several 404 errors when I got redirect to https://www.spotify.com/family/setup/ after payment:

After some time, this page still doesn't work and when I check my plan details it seems to have just extended for 1 more year my Individual Premium Plan, even though I selected the Duo Premium and paid for the Duo price.
