Impossible to put my address for my duo subscription

i can't enter my address on my duo subscription. When i try to do it, it says that's not enough precise. But it's literally all i can tell for my address.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome aboard! What is it exactly that you're trying to do? Are you trying to join a Duo plan and the address isn't accepted? Are you the Duo owner and trying to add the address to your account but that doesn't work? In any case, please explain what exactly you tried and send us a screenshot of the exact error you get (of course, make sure that your address and all other sensitive information is not visible).
