My Question or Issue

 I have been using the Pemium service provided by Rogers for the last 2 yeras. My free subscription has expired and now I am ste as a free subscription. I want to upgrade to Premium but the system will not accept my credit card. I have validated that all of the info is correct (Card Number, Expiry Date etc), but it wukk nevr accept my card. I do not want to pay any other way. Any suggestions?

Try making sure your card meets the requirements listed here. If you're unsure, reach out to your bank for more info.

Once you've got that sorted, try signing up for Premium using an incognito window to see if it helps.
