Hi! I’ve been trying to upgrade my free Spotify account to Premium, but couldn’t

It shows a message that my account cannot change to Premium

Hello!

When Im in the app and press the button Premium it shows a screen where you can read “You cannot buy Spotify Premium dron this app”... so I dont know where to download it 🤷🏻‍♀️
