Upgrading to a family account

Upgrading to a family account

I am a premium member through iTunes and I cannot upgrade to the family membership

How can I or if I unsubscribe through apple can I get the same accounts with same playlists if I open a family account direct ?

Hey @GaryBiopak,

 

If you subscribed to Premium through a company other than Spotify, you need to cancel your subscription with them before starting or joining a Family plan. Check out Apple's instructions for cancelling.

 

None of your stuff will be lost when there are changes made to your subscription 🙂
