Upgrading to yearly subscription

I updated my payment method two weeks ago and was charged twice. I was using a student account so $10.80 was charged. 

I upgraded yesterday to the $99 yearly subscription and paid $107. Today it's telling me I haven't paid my monthly fee and I need to downgrade to the free version. 

So basically ive paid Spotify roughly $117 in the last two weeks and I can't listen to my music. Please help!
