So I am on a Vodafone Red Entertainment contract and I chose the inclusive entertainment package to be Spotify. I followed the very straightforward instructions through Vodafone and then Spotify. Somewhere along the lines, my username has changed from 'tommygsmith' to 'gth4h356qtle449vu8914nkpj'. And my subscription says 'free' not premium. My decision to choose this Vodafone contract was 100% based on the inclusive Spotify option. I have posted a copy of this issue on both Vodafone and Spotify forums and would appreciate a resolution as soon as possible.
