Vodafone + Spotify in Portugal

Vodafone + Spotify in Portugal

Hi,

 

I had a subscription through Vodafone in Portugal whom informed me that they cancelled the partnership with Spotify so the service will no longer be available from March onwards. Upon request in how to change the payment method they also informed me that I must contact Spotify in order to change it.

 

Going through my Spotify account details I'm not allowed to change the payment method, reverting back to Vodafone to change it.

 

How can I add a different payment method (paypal) to my Spotify account?

Hey @HfPdC,

 

You need to wait until your account returns to the Free plan. Then, you'll be able to subscribe to Premium at https://spotify.com/premium.
