My Question
Hi, I'm having problems setting up the Vodafone entertainment plan subscription . I previously had a subscription through them and have changed contracts.
The previous subscription lapsed and there's no option to cancel now. Whenever I follow the link Vodafone sent it offers a paid subscription but won't even allow me to sign up to that

Since this is an offer made through Vodafone and not managed through Spotify directly, I would try reaching out to them to see what may be going on with your account.
It looks like there's an online chat/call in option on their help menu too.
