My Question or Issue

I've paid my 1 month Spotify fee (Not subscription) about Tuesday,  7th April 2020.

But somehow it doesn't extend my Premium time, I've double checked that i was paying for my account, it says that I'm now premium, But no I'm not premium.

My order Number is [snip - Community Moderator edit]. It says done right here and I got proof that I've payed the fee for 1 month premium. I can include the photos but they are in Indonesian.

Thanks for bringing this up with us and sorry for the delay.

 

You can start off taking a look at your Receipts page to see if your latest shows up there.

 

If you don't see it there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end and you should receive your funds back automatically in a few days.

 

We'd recommend checking the status of your payment with your mobile provider.
