My Question or Issue

Hi. I forgot to reconfirm my student premium account so I was charged with the standard fee for April 2020. Now I’ve just confirmed my student account but it will be available only from May 2020. Is it possibile to receive a refound for April 2020?

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing that kind of issue...

Actually you won't be able to get a refund in this case, because the Terms and Conditions (on section 4 "Duration and cancelation") of the Student discount fee are clear when it says that the discount is applied for only a year and giving you the possibility and responsibility about the renovation of the plan. Once you hadn't renewed the discount on time, you were charged for the Premium on the full price, unfortunately.

Now you renewed the discount, the next bills will adopt the half-price charging, normally as the Student discount, but don't forget to renew the discount next year in order to avoid future issues with it.
