WON'T ACCEPT STUDENT FILES

Won't accept ANY of the student files I have so I can get the student rate. I've tried everything and they're not accepting it and it's in PDF format. I am a student at George Brown and nothing is working for me I'm almost ready to go back to apple music again.

Hey @tashatambur77, welcome to the Community!

That sounds odd. Try uploading the attatchments for your student discount using an incognito window to see if it helps.

If not, try it out on a different device to see if it makes a difference.
