Want to upgrade my plan, but I don't have access to Google Play

Need help. my account is administrated by google play. I did it long time ago with my old android mobil that do not exist anymore   At the moment I have an iPhone. I want to update the subscription from individual to duo but online in google play there is no option for duo and send me to my old mobil. What can I do?  I tried to cancel in google play but neither this way. No option for duo, so I retake the old subscription. Any idea? Thanks.

We hope you don't mind us moving your reply, as it fits better here in a new thread since you mentioned a different issue.

That being said, since you mentioned you're currently using an iPhone device, and you're struggling to manage your subscription with Google Play, we can suggest 2 options.

For the first one, you can change plans by heading to your account page> Available plans. There, locate Premium Duo, tap on select and complete the process. That way, on your next billing date your plan should be updated. In this case, your charges will continue to be through Google.

For the second one, you can cancel the subscription by following these steps. In this scenario, you should wait until the account is reverted to free, so you can subscribe to the Duo plan using a different payment method. That way, you won't depend on Google's payment method.
