What happens when I click Cancel?

I'm switching back away from Spotify and want to make sure my cancellation goes trhough, but I'm subscribed until September 27th. Does my clicking Cancel stop further billing and allow me to use the rest of my subscription, or do I immediately lose access to my downloads, despite having paid for more time? I know some companies handle this differently than others.

When you cancel your subscription, you still have access to your Premium content until your subscription end date.

In your case, you’ll be able to continue using your subscription until (9/27/18). After that date, your account will revert to the free ad-supported version.
