Why I charged $9.99? I'm in Georgia and I can't type my address to buy prem

I'm trying to buy an individual plan, but the system warns me that my address is invalid. It also asks me to specify 5-digit ZIP code, while my ZIP contains only 4 digits. Moreover I live in Georgia and this country is indicated in my account overview and the price for Premium subscription here is $4.99. Why am I charged $9.99?

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been double charged for a certain month. If you don't see any extra payment there, it means that you might be paying for 2 different accounts. Take a look at this page to see what you can do to locate your second account. 
 

If the above is not the case, it's possible that you've had some failed payments on your account for the past few months, and the system was able to take the payments with a certain delay. 

This might also be an authorization charge - please check the payment status on your bank statement. If it shows as pending or processing, it’s only a temporary authorization charge made by your payment provider. The funds should be returned shortly.

Lastly, regarding the ZIP code mismatch, this issue is most likely arising from VPN services being activated. We'd recommend that you try typing your address in an incognito window and turn off your VPN if you're using one.
