me cobraron antes de tiempo

Pago el pack premium familiar y lo pago por mes, se me debita automáticamente de la tarjeta, el problema está que este mes se me débito antes el dinero sabiendo que el anterior pago fue el 28/03/23, aun no paso un mes.

If you were charged earlier than 30 days since your last payment, we'd recommend checking your receipts to find out when your payment is usually taken. Your last payment was probably processed with a delay, making it appear as though you've been charged twice in the same month.
