I started the free trail but my account is still on free / not giving me premium features

Hi,

 

Thanks for the post. 

 

Sorry to hear that this is happened and you couldn't activate your Premium trial. Most likely your payment has failed and hasn't gone through to Spotify, so it should be automatically refunded to your bank account. And this is why your Premium trial has not started.
