Why, i'm premium, and you show ad?

Why Spotify show me ad ?
I really don't like the reggaeton and go the home page and see that first, is horrible.
i pay for a premium account and you promise no ad.

I also have a premium account and as of late Spotify has been putting podcast advertisements into the playlist that I listen to. This is happening on both my playlist that I create and Spotify created playlist. Is there a solution to this problem or is Spotify willing to lose memberships over its promise of no ads while posting heads into subscribers playlists? I thought being a premium subscriber meant no ads?
