Why is Hulu asking me to pick a payment plan?

I have spotify premium and it says "free Hulu on us". Well that worked great for 24 hours. Now Hulu is prompting me to pay.

That's odd. Could you make sure that your Hulu and Spotify account is linked properly here? If that doesn't help, then I'd recommend contacting out the Hulu support page for more help on this.
