Why paying an international transaction fee when I purchased my plan in AUD

I originally purchased Spotify on monthly plan in AUD but am now being charged an international transaction fee. Why is this?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Unfortunately, it's the bank you're using that is charging the extra fee, but Spotify is aware of it and working on fixing it so it doesn't happen in the future. 🙂
