Good day, please I was debited 2 times and my bank said it went so how can I do about it

I change from individual to familiar and spotify still charles the 7,99€ euros every month.

Why ?

Sorry to see that this has happened.

 

Spotify charges each Premium plan once per month. You can always check all the payments that have been made on your account on your Receipts page

 

However, if you only see one payment a month and you're sure that you've been charged twice a month on your debit card, it's possible that you have 2 accounts and you subscribed accidentally on both. You can check if you have more than one account by following the steps here.

 

We'd also recommend checking with your family or friends if they have used your payment info. If this is so, they can cancel or change their payment method.
