My is question is that after closing my account can I get my subscription back.

After permanent data delete.

Using same email and phone num. To create new account

Thanks for reaching out.

For security reasons, subscriptions can’t be transferred to other accounts.

However, you can create a new account using the same email (usually 14-30 days after the previous account was closed) and start a new Premium subscription at https://spotify.com/premium.
