Won't allow me to purchase spotify premium

Hello,

A month or so ago I cancelled my spotify premium membership due to lack of funds, but now that I've recieved my paycheck and such, I wanted to go back on premium. But whenever I try to checkout with paypal, I see a webpage saying "We’re sorry, we weren’t able to complete your payment or set up preapproved payments at this time. Please try again later."

I have previously had NSF, but after paying that off and waiting for the payment to go through, I now have the funds to continue. (So basically not having the money isn't the issue)

Not sure what to do now.. Please help

Is it something I just need to wait out, or is there something I can do to get it soon.
