trying to get premium

I have free spotify rn but would like to change it to premium but when i try to do so and select the credit card option it just keeps on spinning what do i do

In this case, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing. Also, using an incognito window or a different browser/device could worth a shot.
