Wrong Credit Card being Charged

Wrong Credit Card being Charged

I changed my credit card info about 2 weeks ago. I added a new credit card and removed the old one. This week I see that my old credit card was charged. I went back to my account and my old credit card information wasn’t even there. How do I make sure my new credit card is charged next time instead of the old one that is not even showing in my account anymore?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out! Apologies for the late reply, I just stumbled upon your post.

 

You can double-check if the correct payment details are shown on your account page. If they need updating, you can do so by following the steps in this article. In case the correct card is already displayed on your account page, then your next payment will be made with that card, so no worries there.

 

Still, you might have another Spotify account that's still linked to your old card. You'll find more info on how to locate it here and cancel the subscription.
