My Question or Issue

I am french living in Prague and just subscribed for a Premium account.

Impossible to have another currency than Euro during process.

Location is set in Czechia and credit card is czech.

How can I be sure they gonna charge me in CZK ? So far it is 0.99€/month (3months). But no infos is crown ...

Hey again @Masterchief8329.

 

 I understand your concern. The current location you are in, the currency that you'll be billed in is Euros so that would explain why you're seeing the subscription rate in this currency.

Users from the Czech Republic will be charged in euros. 5.99 euros per month for a regular Premium subscription. Keep in mind that you won't be charged again until your trial expires.

We are talking about a multinaitonal company and I have a huge doubt about your answer.

Is there any way to contact directly the customer service of Spotify ?

Here is the answer you need. Sorry it's so late, but I've only just seen this thread. There is no payment in CZK. Instead, users in the Czech Republic are charged in EUR. However, your Czech bank balance will display the appropriate amount in CZK. Clearly, because of the exchange rate, this amount will vary from month to month. For example a payment of €8.99 per month may be a little as 240 Kc, or as much as 250 Kc. (October 2020 rates)
