Hi, I signed up to the 3 months or 99p deal with a new account etc.... All fine, email comes through and i have been charged 9.99 for one month instead. My friend who did it same time has got the 99p deal. I have contacted my credit card people wo help, but who/what can i do to change this? I need someeonwho can directly help
