Getting charged twice a month

I have been getting charged $9.99 a month & $14.99 a month as well. I upgraded and continue to get charged both.

Every month since Oct. 2016, Spotify has charged my charge card $9.99 and my checking account $9.99.  given the comments, this seems to be a systemtic problem that is and has been on-going with several other subscribers.  How can I get a refund for the overcharges?  Why don't you have a customer service number so a human can be reached to remedy the problem???  Is this a problem Spotify can fix or does one have to resort to other means?
