My Question or Issue

Wanted to upgrade from Premium individual to Premium duo, error message shown as "not eligible" I posted the same on twitter.

On twitter @spotifycares asked for account details on DM, the support team sent link for payment and asked to cancel the premium plan and pay again for premium duo.

I paid for 3 months premium duo as per the link given by @spotifycares.

 

I now have lost all my premium membership on following the  instructions given by the support team. The support team since have been avoiding the issue by giving standard responses which do not include any description of the problem.

 

There have been no communication from the support team to resolve the issue or present me with a diagnosis of what went wrong or a expected time to resolution.

 

I want to move out of the spotify ecosystem and need refund for the 3 months plan that I paid for without it reflecting on my account.
