I got an offer in app for 990sek for a year.

But info how to pay this is nowhere to be found!

Cant click anywhere. No info whatsoever how to pay.

Test other web browsers then a button is seen. I got problem that it says I’m not allowed for it.

Btw how does it work if I have a 99 SEK Premium subscription today switching at the 15th each month? I don't want to pay double OR miss days. Can I state startingdate for my yearly subscription?

I can assure you that when you subscribe to the yearly plan you will not lose anything that you have already paid for, it will update automatically.

I received the same email, but when I tried to do, got this " It appears that you are not eligible for the discounted product that you are trying to purchase. If you'd like you can still upgrade your account to premium at any time." 

same problem, go to

I go to the yearly offer page and I click the button, it asks me to enter my credit card info, which is strange since I'm already logged in. Oh well, I try anyway and enter the same payment info stored in my account. It acts like it is going to work, but then gives and error and bounces me to a page that looks like I was trying to sign up for the "family" plan. I've tried it on both Chrome and Safari. Clearly spotify has some problems with this offer they need to work out....

I've done a similar thing, I'm a monthly subscriber and I've signed up for the yearly. It's really confusing as receipts show I've paid today for the monthly as well.

 

It's really unclear if I'll be charged double or not.

Warning!!! This bears marks of a scam in all senses. Have these guys been able to intervene with Spotify now?

1) You receive an ad which doesn't work. You get it on a weekend. After complains it it works to some extent.

2) I get a reply from a so called Tom_W telling me that HE PERSONALLY will assure me that I woun't loose any money by subscribing to the offer. Not even telling me how.
(obviously not a company connection).

3) When I try to pay by transfer through my bank I will not allow me to do it by verification by my Moble Bank Id. It states it is not allowed on weekends. Just the Credit Card works.

Thanks Tom. Worked. My supscription got extended. Didnt loose any days.
