Yearly subscription for Costa Rica

My Question or Issue

I was trying to change my membership from monthly to yearly subscription I have seen there are gift cards out there and the option is available at other LATAM  countries but not an option in Costa Rica, I have try to switch and read other posts but the options is not showing right now from web page, can I get some help here to switch it in the backend or activate the option for the country ?

Thanks for reaching out.

If there are Spotify gift cards available in your country, you can definitely redeem one or multiple so that your Premium is pre-paid for a year. However, keep in mind that they're for Premium Individual only.

sorry for the delay answer. I wonder if there a process or form to get this available on Costa Rica or to get it in my account, the main concern I have is that I have been premium for years and I am looking to keep it in that way with a yearly payment instead of monthly.

We're afraid yearly payment is not currently available in your market. Payment options might vary across markets and you can see the options that are available in Costa Rica by going to the link @Maxim sent previously.
